This company has been billing me for a C-Pap that should have met the purchase price well over two and a half years ago. First they stated that do to my insurance changing after the 10 month of rentals that they now had to go back and bill the new insurance for the full purchase price (13 more months) . Never once did Apria offer to replace my used C-Pap for a new one, so they billed the second insurance company for full purchase price for a used piece of equipment. Customer service was rude, uneducated and could not explain the reason for the companies processes. This company needs to do a better job of training and educating their employees. I would have given negative stars but google does not offer that as an option.

I receive a call from this office in regard to a prescription My Dr. sent to them. I'm told that in order for them to send me the device, I have to give them $111.94. I agreed to do that. The person took My debit card over the phone. Once My account was deducted the money, she then tells me she's sending me an agreement via email. The agreement states that I will be charged a monthly fee. I immediately call her back and tell her I'm not doing this. She states that it's My insurance... I don't care you didn't tell me I was going to be charged a monthly fee after giving you $111.94, I want My money back! She said she would process it. This took place on Aug 20th. I still have not received My money back for a service I refused. People BEWARE! No explanation of charges. No Customer Service. Their Salesperson and Company tactics are deceptive. Once you request your money back they say they will send a check to you that may take up to two months once the process is started.

I needed oxygen, my Dr called at 3pm and a very pleasant young man had delivered, installed and gave an in service by 5pm. He left extra tubing and a back-up tank. Excellent service!

Small but efficient operation. Kayla is a wonderful tribute to this durable medical equipment company. She is friendly, caring and effective. I am pleased to rate Apria Healthcare Coeur d'Alene 5+ and I recommend them without qualification.

I stopped by the Coeur d’Alene office in need of a new CPAP mask that was needed for a upcoming nose surgery. Kayla provided excellent product information and placed the order while I was there, 2 days later my new mask was on my door step !nShe provided excellent customer service and presented herself Very professionally. I will definitely be a returning customer.
