Usually always have a good experience with everyone and have never had issues until what I’m guessing is a recently hired employee. Decided to go back in to get her name because I was not happy with our interaction, not sure how to spell it but was told her name is Halley. When I walked in she was the only one at the counter and I wasn’t greeted which felt awkward plus she was extremely cold throughout the whole transaction. Knew nothing about what I was asking for and didn’t offer to help me find it or look it up on the computer. Again, just very cold and seemed annoyed that I had questions. Overall just extremely under-impressed with her customer service and knowledge on the products at the store. Normally I’m greeted by very friendly employees who know what they’re talking about. Debating not coming back just from this interaction with this employee because it was that uncomfortable.

I love that the employees know a lot about human biology and details about what certain supplements do. Thanks!
