I actually have never met Mr. Williams in person, but I am a very satisfied customer via online connections and shipping. I live overseas and it is very difficult to get parts and service. He has been very accommodating and professional to help me get what I needed, and has made sure that I was getting the warranty service I deserved. I highly recommend this business and Doug Williams in particular.
If you need hearing aides, this is the place to go! I have been wearing aides since 1988, and Doug's is best I have ever experienced.
I was referred to Family Hearing Center through a friend. Despite my case being an out of state workmens case hearing loss, Dr. Williams immediately agreed to help me. Made immediate appointment, got my hearing examined, worked on my existing hearing aids and ordered my new hearing aids. All went as smooth as one could hope for and actually faster than I could have hoped for. Since receiving my new hearing aids, which only took a few days, service has been outstanding. Appointments are easy to get and never a wait time.nI would have zero issues referring a friend here. AWESOME! after a disappointing start at another PHONAK dealership I tried Family Hearing Center.nI have found my forever Hearing Aid shop. He found issues that had been wrong since new, adjusted my Aids to a point I hear correctly now, all for a very reasonable fee.nnIf you need Hearing Aids or an adjustment ,they are very knowledgeable and you will enjoy the service you receive.
A close friend went to Family Hearing Center in Coeur d’ Alene to get hearing aids for the first time after having significant hearing issues for more than 20 years. Doug Williams adjusted the Phonak Audeo B90 hearing aids to make sure Gary would hear properly in all scenarios, he even checked playing music from a computer. These hearing aids have made a huge difference in his life. I can’t say enough good things about Doug and Family Hearing Center.
