I actually have never met Mr. Williams in person, but I am a very satisfied customer via online connections and shipping. I live overseas and it is very difficult to get parts and service. He has been very accommodating and professional to help me get what I needed, and has made sure that I was getting the warranty service I deserved. Made immediate appointment, got my hearing examined, worked on my existing hearing aids and ordered my new hearing aids. All went as smooth as one could hope for and actually faster than I could have hoped for. Since receiving my new hearing aids, which only took a few days, service has been outstanding. Appointments are easy to get and never a wait time.nI would have zero issues referring a friend here.
