Going full Karen on this store - Finally had a reason during this terrible year, to go buy some clothes. Upon entering I noticed their dressing room was closed for Covid reasons. No biggy, figured I could try on whatever over my current clothes. While other shoppers were trying on jackets, shoes with no socks, etc - the Covid cop employee only addressed me, that you can't try on ANYTHING in the store.nnNo other employees bothering other customers, just me.nnWhat is the point of going to a retail store if you can't see if the clothes fit??? Retail stores are closing all the time and he felt the need to alienate an in person customers....Buy online and skip the BS. He'll have no job when customers stop showing up
Great sale on boots and booties, as well as a decent selection of cashmere sweaters and cardigans.
the employees are nice but the store manger was rude and she didn’t respect us as customers. we will complain about her in the head office.
Graham is the nicest person - he is always so helpful and kind and courteous . He is always willing to help any customer . I prefer coming to this store because it’s very clean and organized as well. Great experience
