Good store they just can't seem to get the men's skechers arch fit. I have been trying to get them for 2 months now

If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! My husband and I went in to the store a couple days ago and this gentleman and older lady we’re “working“ and they were standing at the front counter just bashing and talking about their employees. All the gentleman said was welcome in he didn’t ask if we needed any help and they never checked on us. First of all before people ask how I know they were bashing the other employees was because the older lady talked SOO loud you could hear everything they were talking about. I have came into this shoe store before and have been helped many times by a young lady with blondish brownish hair with a nose ring and she was amazing!! Her customer service skills are A1, I will only go back if she is working!

I would give zero stars if I could! I went in looking for a specific shoe and the employees, 2 girls shuffling shoes around watching me. I asked if I could get a second shoe to try on which was obviously a hassle as she rolled her eyes at me. I couldn’t find her after deciding I was not going to purchase after someone was so rude, so I placed them on the counter at the cash register and left. As I was exiting Macy’s I stopped to speak with a wonderful (Macy’s) employee... and another employee ran into Macy’s with Mall Security to confront me! Completely unacceptable! I will NEVER SHOP here and I will share with everyone I come in contact with!

Clean store with huge selection and friendly helpful staff that's not afraid to tell you if a certain product isn't up to snuff.
