Bryan helped me with a fairly simple request for some dog toys for my girlfriends dog. I found him extremely nice and pleasant and greeted me immediately. That is a level of service you don’t get spending $200 let alone $30 Like I did today. It may simply just be doing his job for him, but he’s definitely doing it right and better than most. Two thumbs up to you guys and Bryan.

First time cat owner bringing a semi feral inside for the first time, and very grateful for the two gentlemen that helped us this past Sunday with supplies. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great place!!

The worker here was beyond helpful and polite. The dog bathing station was clean and fully stocked (we were even given treats). Overall, a fantastic experience.

Nice store, my review is strictly on the dog bathing, being a groomer it was very frustrating that I had to ask for everything. Gayle was rude, not extremely rude but definitely not the nicest when it came to me trying to adjust the dryer strength as I have a dog with a very THICK under coat and he needed to be blown out. When I went to adjust it she rudely interrupted me and stated that it is set where it is set. My dogs left wet.nI’ll be going else where

The store is really great and stocked with almost everything you'd need for your pet. I also believe that they have cats for adoption which is really great. The employees are helpful and friendly which makes it easy to find things.
