Another great place!!

Came to this location from the north east section of Philadelphia store hours say they’re open until 7 PM the doors are locked at 6:45 PM bad business

Horrible customer service. Was in the store for at least 15 to 20 minutes looking for a pair of sneakers. My husband and I were ignored from the time that we walked into the door until the time that we left. No hello, no offer to assist, not even a goodbye. That was our first time there and so we were unfamiliar with the store layout. When we went to the counter to get help, we were met with a bad attitude as if they did not want to be bothered. The sales person simply pointed to the wall without uttering one word while rolling her eyes. I have never gone into a sneaker store and received that kind of treatment. It was odd to say the least and we left feeling very uneasy. Needless to say, we will never come back to this location again!!!

The clothes are very nice. My daughter's father bought her some sneakers and I took them back to exchange them without any problems or complications. They were very nice and accommodating

I went into Jimmy Jazz to buy myself some sneakers. No one greeted me, asked if they could help me, as a matter of fact, there was no words spoken between the employees and myself at all. I felt offended, and, thought to myself there was no way that I would be spending any of my money at this store. So I left and went to Modell’s. They didn’t have what I was looking for, however, the employees were very welcoming and helpful. I finally went to Footlocker, and, found the sneakers I wanted to purchase the employees there were awesome. I will not step foot in Jimmy Jazz again. I will also recommend to my family and friends not to purchase anything from this store as well.
