Terrible. I called and called and called and called atleast 10 times to see if they had my size available. No one picked up the phone. Caught an uber up there just to find out they did not have my size. Waste of money and trip that could have been avoided with an answer of a call.

Amazing service very helpful young people working there. If y’all not going to put nothing nice on here then don’t bother rating this. Y’all immature.

It's ok being as tho there's limited places to go for sneakers besides ordering them but they kool for a quick pair of kicks!

Friendly helpful staff and no wait in line.

They never answer their phone they let the phone just ring and ring then when u call the back the line is busy as if they take the phone off the hook. I ordered sneakers at the store over the weekend and I can’t even get in contact with the store to see if they are there for pickup. Unprofessional and very annoying. It’s a business so answer the phone or they will loose customers slowly but surely.
