I really love this company. I've shopped her more than once. I will continue to shop here. I enjoy shopping store and online; I do both very frequently.

It’s sad to see one of my favorite stores turn into this. Customer service these days are horrible. Staff is clearly clueless in terms of knowing where items are, what the prices are, how to deal with customers, or how to calculate discounts. Even more so lately the products tend to fall apart as soon as I leave the store. I really hope I can get a refund! Overall it was a very unsatisfactory experience!
