Pet Valu

So there I was with nearly 20 cans of cat food stacked and tucked between my chin and hands- arms almost fully extended (think Gus Gus the mouse with the corn kernels from Disney's Cinderella ). I had precariously made my way from the cat food isle to the cash wrap when just a foot away from the register the cans went everywhere. Without missing a beat, the girl behind the cashwrap came around and helped me pick up all of the cans. She was really sweet. I had a nice chat with her for a few mins. I wish I had gotten her name. She made the whole experience, however brief, really nice. She was very helpful and polite. I hope I see her during my next shopping trip there. It'd be nice to chat again with her.

Going out of business sale but their sale prices are still the same as petco/chewy or even more expensive while still at 20%-40% off.nnI wonder why they are going out of business...

Excellent people to help us. First time using their bath area. Really nice and user friendly. Lots of help. Will definitely go back. Also bought some items there and their staff is very helpful.

Been going here for a few years but since the pandemic the service has been off. The manager is usually very friendly but not recently.

This is a wonderful pet store!Workers are helpful and kind. They give you shampoo to use and have wash tubs to bathe your pet, complete with towels, blow dryer and an aprin for you to ware while performing your pets bath.All for a reasonable cost.Coupons are sometimes available!
