They like to lock the doors early. No consideration. I needed a plastic tray for my dogs cage. 3 minute sale but instead locked me out and served another customer.

Employees were very helpful. Wide selection of products.nWorth supporting.

Came here roughly a week and a half ago. Apparently, we came here after closing but didn't know it at the time. I'm guessing the hours changed because of Covid? Not sure because I hadn't checked the clock. Tried to open the door but it was locked. We figured they had the doors locked & were only allowing 2 customers in at a time because of the sign said so... so we waited. Plus I saw someone in the grooming area from the outside. Woman glances up from her computer at us & then looks straight at us but then looks back down and ignores us. I figured she was finishing up and would come over shortly to the door. She doesn't. We wait there for nearly 2 minutes in the cold (40 degrees) when we realize that they must be closed...? The mixed woman with the super thick hair working the cash register could have just looked up & pointed at her watch or something. Any type of common courtesy would have been nice but she decided to be an arse and ignore. We've spent roughly $1,000 at Pet Valu's over the past year. Honestly, these types of employees really ruin a reputation & business. Customers like me literally pay her bills. I don't care to keep paying for a rude employee who can't show common courtesy to customers. I'll be shopping online for pet food moving forward.

Fabulous for bath for my 140 lb Black Russian terrier. Do it yourself and they supply everything. Spotless condition

Seems pricey. Everything was high end food.
