Employees were amazing with helping out! Store was clean and well maintained

Customer service was lacking, prices are $15-20 more then on line, and they rarely have anything.

Plenty to choose from when it comes to footwear, I did wanna see more accessories and outerwear.

I had the most UNBELIEVABLE experience with this store. I had bought a pair of Nike shoes on my way from Toronto to NYC. I got home to Toronto only to realize that one shoe was a men's 9.5 and one was a women's 9.5 - so one shoe was a bit smaller than the other. I called the store and the manager - Jordan - was extremely courteous and professional and offered to send me the right shoe. I received the correct shoe that matched the one I wanted/needed and was asked to send back the incorrect one - all at no cost to me. I have never in my life received such amazing service. WELL DONE FINISH LINE! I will recommend you to everyone!

They definitely mark up the prices. They got a nice selection tho
