Always very helpful staff. Friendly and caring. I prefer to shop here been though they cannot carry all the brands of food because the staff is almost always on hand to answer questions or to ring you up.

the only good thing about pet value is the dog wash stations... the prices were always to high , and now they are going out of business probably because everything was so high priced.. its ashame dont like to see business go down ....

first time going wasnt aware you need an appointment to wash your dog but when i went in the place was wall to wall empty and they still couldnt help me. basically was talked down to saying even with no customers present i still needed an appointment and after a worker said they just did a walk in earlier i was told i could make an appointment and come back. this is why places get shut down paying customer turned away because a team of morons rather watch the clock than do their jobs.
