I have been a customer of Charlie's shoes for over thirty years I went there last week to get a recommendation for someone who works on concrete all day on his feet. He basically threw us out of the store saying he is not doing fittings or anything. After spending 280.00 per year on my husbands boots you would think he would of been a little nicer. I understand covid and everything but if you don't walk people walking in your store then lock your door and have your customers call.

I heard Charlie can be cranky but he was very nice and helpful! Steered me in the right direction for my steel toes without spending too much money! He has also done. A great job fixing some of my favorite boots I have had for years! New soles and heels at affordable pricing! TY

This was an interesting encounter, the guy wouldn’t let me buy a pair of shoes at his shoe store, seems as though I’m not the only one who has had this experience at this place...

Takes advantage of you!!Very arrogant and when we asked if he has any sales he told us he don’t need Are business because he has doctors come in and he said I have them sit in that chair and I tell them what to do and told us he takes advantage of the insurance company’s that’s why his boots are so OVER PRICED. I wish there was a negative star button because he’s not even worth a one star.
