The Filling Station on 5th

One of my favorite places anywhere with an excellent tap list, I usually come in the winter when they have epic Imperial Stouts on tap. Do yourself a favor and grab some bottles to go.

Excellent comfort food, though very predictable combinations of high sugar, fat, meat, dairy, etc. as opposed to clean and unique but still very good. Like the cozy hole in the wall atmosphere. Truly wish the TV's didn't exist. Again, kind of on a line of predictable vs. being something special.

We have been here several times and always have great service, very attentive and personable. The drink menu is great with lots to choose from. We also absoluty love all the food! We think they have some of the best food in PF!

Quirky but cool option attached to the collective kitchen. Many good beers are available in a very casual atmosphere.

Went there for restaurant week. It was pretty good. They have a great beer selection (50+ taps, I think). The food was fine. Not outstanding, but fine. We sat at the bar because the rest of the place was full. Our bartender/server was nice and attentive. Not overly talkative, but made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely go back.
