Wells Fargo Bank

I have been with Wells Fargo for well over 20 years and it has been a very good experience for me. Most of the tellers and bankers I have worked with have been friendly and professional. I go to this branch most often, as it is on my way to work. The lady who works at the drive through here in the mornings is so kind and friendly. I can't remember her name, but she looks like she is in her mid 20's and is blond and always smiling. She is always courteous and professional and adds a personal touch, even if it's just her warm tone of voice. I always feel like she sincerely cares.

Arrived at the Hayden Branch before 5 pm, but the drive thru was already closed. My branch on Appleway has been closed for three days with no explanation as well.

Came in and was helped immediately, the staff are very friendly and genuine, they try to help in any way they can, will definitely recommend this Wells Fargo location!

Tried to set up a business account and experience rude and contemptuousness service from service rep at Hayden branch. Will not do business with that branch and I suggest others consider experience before banking at that site.

Unbelievable. I just talked to a human, and she put me to an automated help center.. really? Shame on Wells Fargo. Any person working in that branch could have helped me.They need to work on their personal skills.
