Umpqua Bank

We were looking for a lender and we were referred to someone from this bank. The guy spent 45 minutes on the phone with me on the initial call. He told me to fill out the application and then let him know when it was done. So, I called and let him know it was done. 9 days went by and our application had not been processed and our credit had not been run. I called him and the connection was bad so call was lost. So I emailed him. He never called back. 4 days went by and first thing on a Friday morning I called and talked to his manager. I told the manager I hadn't heard from him in 9 days and I'd really like to get things going. So dude finally called me back and he said he was going to look at his schedule and call me back with an appointment time. He never called me back that Friday. So, I called him at 10am Monday morning and he didnt answer. I left a voicemail. My mom called 3 hours later from her Florida number and he answered her call!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We called the bank and told them we are very unsatisfied with their customer service and the lady basically shrugged us off. Bad service. Dont go here.

First and last encounter with this bank! Horrible service, unfriendly staff. Never again folks! With so many business banking choices you’d think they try a bit.

I agree with the previous comments. The employees are condescending and rude. Upon trying to get someone to notarize something for me (my dad has 2 accounts there) not only did they say no, but were completely snotty about it. I went to my bank (Mountain Bank) and the girl was pleasant and notarized with a smile. I am going to close all of my dad's accounts and take his money to a place where customer service is paramount. Lots of choices.

Brandon Quiggly is an awesome loan officer to work with. He's on top of everything and goes the extra mile.
