Brookside Pups & Stuff

I want to buy a puppy but just reading all the reviews kinda is sad that these dogs are being treated this way. I wont be buying one from here with this many negative reviews sorry.

I bought a collie 5 months ago and he has been sick ever since we brought him home. We found out he has pancreatitis and needs special foods. We spent $1000 at the vet to keep him healthy. DO NOT buy these dogs. My mom also has a Boston terrier and she has skin problems and stomach issues. Stay away from this place. They cost way to much money for the vet bills you have to pay.

This RUDE puppy store deserves NO stars. I have never met anyone so rude and lazy. Tomorrow I am calling the pet agency to talk with someone directly for the ABUSE I witnessed first hand. I hope and pray the community does something about this business. He doesn't deserve to care for small animals- I hope he doesn't have children. I wanted to purchase a small dog for my stepson and he had seven puppies and all were mishandled and unclean. I nearly walked out from the small. Not to mention the guy- Frank screamed at the puppies so harshly they trembled and peed. As for your reply- It took a year to get a response? Multiple complaints about the same guy doing the same thing and you are just now responding. I will come in and inspect myself and I will respond accordingly. Believe me I’d of rather been able to purchase a healthy puppy for my family!

I just tried calling you literally right after your phone was busy and you couldn't answer your phone some customer service you have huh

The shop in Williamsport is very clean, all the puppies were happy, playful and had food and water. The girl I dealt with was very knowledgeable and obviously loved dogs.
