Sign on the door says you require masks. Ok, but you don't have any to hand out. Cool. Apparently you don't have to wear them correctly since the associate that greeted me just had it over her mouth...fyi, they are supposed to be worn over the mouth AND nose. I mean, if your going to require them, they should wear them properly...ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

I wish that you would have more of a selection of trail running shoes. I've never had a problem getting them there, but I noticed this time I didn't see one pair of shoes that was labeled trail runners

Today’s visit to this store did not leave me with a very good feeling. One employee was too busy moving stock around. She offered help when we came in but of course, we weren’t ready for help. When we did ask, she was very short. The other employee also ask if she could help later but stayed upfront at the register. We went to Shoe Carnival and the difference was amazing.

I’ve always loved famous footwear, but after my visit to the nampa store, I will be spending my money elsewhere. I went in to buy sandals, tried on Birkenstocks for the first time and loved them. Saw that a couple boxes were marked at $50 instead of $100, and one pair was in my size. Figured that since it was my first time buying this brand, I’d get the clearance ones even though they weren’t the color I preferred. I took them up to the register where the lady never acknowledged me, rang them up, then called the manager. Both ladies were so rude (mind you there were only 2 other shoppers- not busy at all), and said I couldn’t buy those. Not only at that price, but in general, those shoes were suddenly not for sale. My guess is they decided to keep them for themselves. They could order me some for $99, but they were so incredibly rude and unprofessional, and made the rudest comments, like it was my fault the shoes were “in the wrong box”. I know Birkenstock stands behind their product, but I’ll be buying them from a store that stands behind their advertised price, and doesn’t treat customers like an inconvenience.

Stock was low in the store but the staff made sure I got my first choice by ordering them online and shipping them to my house! Loved it!!
