This store is amazing. The manager Jackie is so polite and helpful. She knows her customers and what they are interested in. She is great at helping you put together nice outfits. Her non-pressure method of sales actually helps her make even better sales. Customers respond to that. She makes suggestions but never pressures you. She is a true gem.
The store experience was fine, the retail clerk was polite and helpful. What really irks me is how you say people will get $50.00 off a $100.00 purchase, but it's only on full price merchandise, and then you put everything in the store on sale, not a good sale, just enough of a sale to exclude the coupon!
Great clothes....a bit insulting how overpriced they are.
Casual Male XL outlets always have good service in my experience, but this one stood out! The woman working there yesterday (as of this review) was amazing, friendly, and never made me feel awkward or unwelcome.nnThe clothing, while a tad pricey, is still very high quality and in good taste. I love this chain and the brands it carries. As an obese man with a woman's butt and thighs, it's very very hard to find clothes that actually fit. I cannot recommend this chain enough, and this location is great.nnAbsolutely worth the two hour plus drive from the Elmira, NY area! So definitely worth it for the local area too.
Any big guy who likes to be fly love great brands this is the store for you but gentleman this is not the store for penny pinching. Its the store too look great and feel great too. And the customer service is excellent
