Do not recommend for Covid test. The insurance pays for the test but they charge you for an urgent care visit as well which due to my high deductible plan I have to pay. If you do curbside testing the insurance fully covers the test and you don't have to pay for an urgent care visit. Wish they had let us know beforehand. I just lost over $100 by going to them.

So, I had my first appointment here today and saw Dr. Mary Kerr. The office was very clean and the staff was awesome - very courteous and efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all. I was very happy with Dr. Kerr. She took the time to read my intake forms and go over everything with me. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend both Dr. Kerr and Saltzer Health.

I recently had a family member who was having ear concerns, including loss of hearing. So extremely thankful Dr. Affleck and his staff stepped in to see him right away without hesitation. They were able to accommodate his schedule and worked him in the same day. They worked out a treatment plan and communicated that plan in a straight-forward, easy-to-understand way. Rude, ageist front office staff! Based on the doctor's website information, I booked an initial appointment. Received a call from a rude woman who declared that the doctor was not accepting new patients over the age of 50. Nowhere on the doctor's website was that information presented. The doctor also specializes in diseases suffered by older folks. Anyway, staff member was unwilling/unable to help and was just plain rude. She did not offer any other assistance or alternatives.nnI went ahead and chose a family doctor in another health system where they seem to value the patient and we don't waste their time.nnPerhaps Saltzer Health should provide better training to it's front line staff or hire staff who are better suited to serving those with sensitive medial issues.

So far it's been ok.. Ive only been there a few times & didnt see all the negative reviews before hand.nI'll update after a few more visits.
