First thing took forever to get our food. The place was almost empty. Then when the food comes out half the food is cold and they get my order wrong. So I have them remake it takes almost 25 min to remake my oder our table has all finished eating and they finally come out with my food, and guess what its wrong again. So I call the manger over he comes over and asks what's wrong i explain that it took forever and they got my order wrong twice i can't eat that. He replied I will pay for your order, I was shocked pay for what order? The one I can't eat? Sure I can understand taking it off the check but telling me he will pay for my food that I can't even eat just doesn't make sense. I left the food on the table, we just paid for our food and left. Never again will I go to this place.
Our family went to eat here and waited forever to get our food. The dining room was fairly slow so I was surprised at the turnaround time. When the food did come out, everyone at the table got their food except me. By the time my food did come out, everyone else was literally nearly finished with their meal. No complaints on food quality or temperature though.
Horrible service!!!! My sons food came out before our other family members. I asked why did my sons food come out before our other family members? The server said ohh well we only make meals one at a time. But all my other family members got there’s at the same time after my son was done eating!!! My family’s food was cold!!! Never coming back! Horrible horrible !!!!!!!!!!!
Food is delicious, especially the wings. However, during dinner hours, the place was packed; not enough distance between tables. If that's not a concern, very good place for dining. Lunch time seems more open and safe.
Slow service and then the food was only warm. It looked like the to go orders were recieving priority. It was 15 minutes before our server came to our table, over 45 minuted before we received our good. What appeared to be a manger was seated at a table almost the entire time.
