I love shopping here! They play good music so I can get my groove on while shopping and it always smells so good! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes it's more on the pricey side but they're always having sales and deals going on so give Abercrombie a chance, you'll be pleasantly surprised :-)

LOUSY RETURN POLICY! Bought a coat two weeks before Christmas. It was too large for my son so I even exchanged it for the next size down which was too small. When I returned it they would not credit my credit card but made me take a store credit. Their return policy states 60 days to return with the original receipt. I did had the original receipt and tried to return it within 30 days not 60. Because I exchanged the size they said they're required to give me a credit slip. No one mentioned to me when I exchanged the size that if it doesn't fit I won't get my original credit back. I was supposed to return the coat then buy it again to get my money back if it didn't fit. Of course no one told me this nor is it posted anywhere!

I like that clothes but it seems like that double exes are for Slimmer people you know like fat and sexy
