Windsor (Lahigh Valley Mall - Whitehall, PA)

Worst store ever!!! Bought a dress and was told that I was able to return it (after wedding dress). Came back the day after and the manager told me that they were no able to return or exchange it due to “special ocasión” I guess she meant due to COVID which it does not make sense when you have a bunch a people trying dresses and putting back on sale right away.!!! This is very unfair!!

Store was a mess. Dresses all over the floor or flung on top of racks. No sort of order to the store, everything is just thrown on the racks so there’s no way to find your size because the same dress is in 5 different places. The website has such a great selection but the store has all of the non popular most expensive dresses. I just recommend buying online since the store is so small, cluttered, and unorganized.

Descent selection of dresses and price point not bad.

This was a nice store with a large selection of prom dresses at reasonable prices. My daughter ultimately decided not to purchase a dress from this location. The location was well staffed with people busy waiting on folks and answering questions.

Cute clothes . Not bad prices but I wish they had more plus size options. I got some cute stuff here but my friend couldn't find anything in her size and she seemed upset
