I have been using these people since 2010. Since they have changed hands or sold out or what ever...the customer service...AND...the online banking services have taken a nose dive. Up until a year or so ago they were good as gold..no issues e-mailing or phoning in to discuss issues...but as stated now it seems they have dropped off the face of the earth. I even sent a snail mail to request a change of address (my card is nearing re-issue time) their online system seems to work only in making sure they get their monthly fee. Phoning the numbers given lead to disconnected calls when trying to reach customer service..plus each time you call you get one free shot all other calls per month tacks on $2.00.nEmailing only has it returned by the good ole Mailer Daemon...I've had to report them to the BBB in order to reinstate Card To Account Transfer (which took 60 days) rent payment issues.nAnyway..I gave them 3 Stars due to the good service previous to this take over...an am in hopes they'll get it back together again...if not I'm outta here.
Can't call phones not going through for over a week
MY CARD AINT WORKING AND THEIR PHONE LINES ARE DOWN! THIS IS MY RENT MONEY! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
