I more-or-less agree with Mr. Kittleson. I found the teller very friendly but not very effective. Ii started as I pulled into the drive-thru on a motorcycle and she started barking orders. Of course, I can't understand one word of orders while I 'm wearing a helmet. Then I get the paperwork and have to pull way from the drive-thru to sit on the grass and complete all my forms. A different branch yelled at me for taking too long. After a second trip though the drive-thru, my cards came back jammed onto their tube. The friendly teller then broke my driver's license trying to get it out. Poor service.And a $20 fee for a replacement license. Be very cautious!nnAs a follow-up, I paid $20 and went to a Wells Fargo Branch on Glenwood Street in Garden City, iD. What a difference! They were friendly and efficient. I am happy!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Wells Fargo to date. I’ve had bad experiences in the past but this tops them all. Rude unprofessional staff, Wells Fargo should be ashamed of these employees time to clean house! -5 stars not available.nSoon to be ex-wells Fargo customer
Very friendly and great customer service at this branch. I frequently choose this one over others in Nampa for that purpose. Often quick and efficient in and out.
Wells Fargo is absolutely the worst financial institution out there. They would not honor a check written through their own company. The customer service was poor and completely unapologetic about it. I only gave them one star because it wouldn't let me give them less.
Great customer service in branch! They always process transactions in a timely manner and are extremely friendly. I like having them close by
