Why is the price so high? And they have ridiculous warranties like 10 days health warranty. They are lives, the have souls. They are no cars that can broke in 10 days. Crazy. Don't go there. Puppies are not a business. Sale them to people that have a steady family which could take care of them, do not sale them to the ones that are rich. Dirty businesses

I went in to check there puppies and soon as you walk in I did not feel a welcome invite at all I was pretty disappointed how I was not acknowledged kept getting walked passed which was very rude someone could at lease tell me I’ll be with you in a second , you would think it would be a friendly place with the charges they charge for these puppies ! Please be kind to all welcome visitors! Especially if you’re looking for someone to buy these upscale prices puppies !

Do not buy your pets from this store. Never have I had such horrible customer service. My girlfriend and I went twice to look at a female shiba. The old lady who works there didn’t want to let us play with the dog because they didn’t want to keep cleaning the play area. So we were still going to spend almost $3000 on a dog we weren’t allowed to play with. Then they gave us an application and said they would run the application and call us the next day. Never called and we called to check in and was advised they didn’t run the application and were not going to do it until tomorrow. Not apologizes or anything, we withdrew our application and will go else ware. You’re employees were terrible and are not out to sell dogs.buy else ware.n*Edit since the owner responded* don’t let their response fool you we did ask to pick the puppy up and were told we could not pick them up. When we also asked about returning the dog the store associate told us we couldn’t do that because of covid. Also the delay was not due to the bank. Your employees didn’t even put the info in. How about instead of trying to make my points mute you actually listen to the feed back and do something about it. We actually found another Shiba and bought him directly from the breed from almost half the price. You guys are the worst pet store I’ve ever been too. Won’t be around much longer with your customer service

My grandmother and myself went here back in 2005 and bought a male Bichon Frise puppy. He is 15 years old and still going strong. He has no health issues yet, and was completely dewormed when we bought him. I was given the breeders name and have been in contact with her over the years, and even received a picture of his parents and their names from the breeder. We still have his little green man toy that we bought from here, so even the toys are high quality. The dog even brought joy to my grandfather in his last days, he was a Korea veteran, and having the dog by his side helped his PTSD from the war. Best purchase we ever made.
