Our loan officer was Very uncaring and hard to get a hold of she never wanted to give a straight answer.nDid not seem like she knew what she was doing.

You should consider opening an account with Washington Federal Bank. Customer service is a 5 star all the staff is very friendly and helpful they really go out of the box to make very understanding and smooth transactions. I can only say that I've had positive experiences.
