I love this place. The staff is amazing and we were able to adopt a new little girl for our family the same day. We found a perfect fit for our family. We already had 2 little dogs but we really missed our kitty who passed away a couple of years ago at the age of 17. We walked in and found a wonderful 3 yr old female named Sakura, who is extremely happy in our home. There are so many wonderful pets in need of homes. So glad we came here first!
10/10 Would recommend. I recently took home my precious kitten, Mango. You could tell she was well taken care of. She was microchipped, fixed, vaccinated, clean, and ready to go, all for $40. Can't beat that. Forever grateful for giving me the newest addition to my family. Thank you, Idaho Humane Society! ❤
The staff could be a bit nicer when relaying their covid rules!
The center was clean and neat.nThe volunteers were helpful.nThe staff was cheerful and polite.nOnce we made a decision, the staff was very quick to help make smooth and painless.nOur new little girl is settling in nicely. She has already scoped out a personal spot and is resting peacefully in it...
We adopted our adorable Punkin...now known as Moose 4 years ago from IHS. He's brought so much joy to our family. He was 9 when we adopted him & is still going strong at 13! It was a wonderful experience & all the folks at IHS were helpful, caring & excited for our newest family member. We definetly recommend IHS!
