5 star customer service. Even though I know my shoe size, the associate measured both of my feet. She also assisted me in saving a few dollars. I highly recommend this store. The price is a little on the high side, but they last quite a while.

This store has a wide variety of your better quality shoes. The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient! When I went there for the first time, I had no idea what I needed except that I was determined to find a comfortable, well-fitting shoe . I ended up leaving with 3 pairs because of the persuverance of the salesperson who aasisted me. She went above and beyond, bringing me out a variety of brands and designs....I will be a lifelong customer and I am truly looking forward to returning there to further add to my shoe wardrobe!

Not sure why I bother going in to this store. If you don't look the part, they don't want to be of service. I have purchased shoes here, but they always are unfriendly and not helpful, anymore it's a last resort. I like to by local, but I get better service online.
