Rack Room Shoes

Tried to make a return of a buy one get one free item and clerk literally took the returned shoes and said you won’t be getting any money back, this one was the free one. I know of no other retail establishment that processes returns in this way. Clerk claimed to be in retail for “x years”. Very first rule of customer service is to seek to satisfy customer and assume they’re in the right instead of taking an argumentative stance.

They have great deals and a variety of shoes. I bought some Fila work shoes for 55$ and they are very comfortable.

This is our favorite place to get shoes. My partner uses Merrill's for work and they have the best prices. Everyone is always so friendly, but not pushy.
