Charlotte Russe

I always love coming to this store, but today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I came to return my clothes, I didn’t know they did not do exchanges. They gave me attitude telling me and explaining it to me. The two girls at the register were rude as hell. As they were ringing up my clothes, the one girl wouldn’t even look at me in the eyes, and kept saying things under her breath to the other girl and they both kept laughing and looking at me. She grabbed my id out of my hand, and even Spelled my name wrong after I gave them my id!!! And then I come home to the security tag still on my shorts. I will never be back at this location!
