Don't come here if you want quality care! Go to Reno or somewhere else, where the doctor/NP (Sara Braber) does NOT keep checking the clock! Go to a place where your pain will be taken serious because it won't here. I went to my doctor last on Feb, 19, 2020, she was suppose to check my medical records, and help get a referral going; I just got my referral a week ago. That's only after I gave up on her getting ahold me, and decided to take it into my own hands. She had NOT even opened the medical records I had sent to her. I had a 11 surgeries from my accident in a two month period and she treated me as if I was exaggerating! Did NOT realize that they have the one NP that can diagnosis people based off of looking at them. Probably shouldn't base things on looks! I won't go back unless I have to. Maybe try actually caring about the patient's well being.

Last visit was for my annual physical, the Dr was very short maybe even impatient. I get that, we all have our days. Called back around three weeks later to ask about walk in times, I was asked what it was for and then put on hold while I was transferred. When they answered I had to once again explain my reason which was for thick phlem and a heavy chest that is not going away. Around three weeks. I was told if its been that long it is not critical and to hold while they ask the Dr. just to be told they will need to call back. Remember this cal was to simply ask what hours they accept walk ins. I told them no thank you and if they are not willing to provide a service I will gladly go somewhere else. Politely . 10 minutes later I got a voicemail that said the Dr would be happy to see me. Sorry but its going down hill......

We always get good care. We really like Dr Kinchloe and Sarah Barber. They have walk-in hours from 6:30-8pm.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am. I worked the previous night and got home at 7 am. When I got home I thought I would take a quick nap before I had to be there. I arrived at the office at 10:47 and they wouldn't see me. I told the office manager Lisa I worked the previous night and had to drive 50 minutes to their office but she had no remorse or compassion for me.
