Beautiful store! Nice people. After some miscommunications on the timing of archery service for my bow I was able to communicate with the store leadership who whole heartedly listened to my concerns and worked with me, and their team, to rectify the situation. I wasn’t pawned off as just a number or offered a cheap coupon for my complaints. They took measurable action to demonstrate their care for a customer. I applaud your teams willingness to serve the community! I’ll be back!

Always friendly and helpful, the employees give you personalized attention and want you to be happy with your purchases. You may have to waiti in line, but it's worth the wait.nnAs of today, because on the pandemic, many items are not in stock and not even available for ordering.

Great place. About an hour away from me but always enjoy a trip to them. Bought a Parker crossbow from them in 2012 and hasn’t let me down. Shame Parker went out of business but will be going back to Kinsey’s To look for a new crossbow as soon as I am out of Parker arrows.

Had a great experience recently at Kinsey’s Outdoors. My wife and I went there to purchase our third firearm.nnWe chose Kinsey’s for 2 reasons. One family owned/local & two the nearest seller was over 65 miles away.nnWhile there the staff was extremely friendly & easy to deal with. They all wore masks & the transactions were made outside 6 feet apart. My wife felt safe and we both were happy with the overall service.nnI’d certainly recommend going to Kinsey’s Outdoors for all your outdoor needs.
