I have been donating plasma here for just over a year, and not once have I had an issue with staff, procedures, cleanliness, etc. I had a schedule of donating Monday and Wednesday for 8 or 9 months, and then switched to Wednesday and Friday. I absolutely love the staff, which is the same for both days! Plus, I get paid for laying down and watching a movie. Well worth it!

Not any good BIOLIFE is the best in town. I've donated over a hand full of times now and each time I convince myself that my experience will be better yet each time it's not. Ive ran into multiple issues and mistakes at the hands of the staff. They are not properly trained or just don't care about the donors. I've had them forget to hold gauze on my arm as they remove the needle causing a huge mess of blood on myself, the chair, equipment and floor I feel like that's common sense and a hard step to miss. I've had miscommunication with staff, slow response times, and one of the times I went through the whole process only to get turned away and receive zero compensation for my time and plasma donation. The staff is not very organized or professional in every regard.

The staff are really friendly and professional! It’s always very clean in the center and the staff goes out of their way to get acquainted with you and make you feel comfortable. The fees do change often but there are plenty of signs posted around to keep donors informed.

I have been coming to Biomat for almost 8 months now. As I read these reviews I had to edit and place my comments. Each and every employee has treated me like a friend. I've gotten to know them and they know me by name the minute I walk in the door. My husband and I donate together regularly, and when either of us are alone, they ask where the other is and if everything is OK. There has been a lot of turn over recently, and that is hard to deal with. Because we get our favorite phlebotomist and trust them with sticking a needle in our arm. It is hard to trust that someone new will not have some bumps along the way. My only problem so far has been with me and not the center or staff. I have trouble keeping my protein at the needed level and get turned away from donating somewhat often. But, they are only doing their job. If you decide to go to this center. Say hi to my favorites: Shellbi, Aubrey, Hannah, Saubi, Tabi, Lisa, Hayden and Morgan. ud83dude42

I am grateful for the ability to help others while earning income. I have needed the money. The staff make a point of learning my name and are friendly and personable.
