GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Recruiters, please not that this young lady would be an asset to your organization. Aubrey is an astute professional who should be making 6 figures a year in a higher level management position either at their corporate office, or elsewhere. Quality individuals who identify customer needs, pick up buying signals, and take ownership of those things is uncommon these days in retail. At minimum give her a raise and an award internally.nnThere are myriad people who look good on paper with a strong CV, but this young lady performs in the real world with excellence, and that to me as a a businessman is what matters more than all of the 'fluff'. If anyone has a management position that she could fill, I'm certain that she could make a lateral move fairly seamlessly with minimal training and adjustment.nnI feel like doing her a solid by posting this, as I was uber impressed with her conduct and personality amidst a field of C players. She's a solid B player, in a C position, who would be an A if she gets a break and is able to matriculate into the right environment where she can grow.
