I love the girls at the broadway branch in boise. This is the only branch I will go to because of them. They will bend over backwards to help you in anyway. I tell everyone about them. This is my 2nd auto loan with them and besides the competitive rates I get, I choose to stick with them because of the customer service specifically from Janae. She has made my life easier when buying both of my cars from out of state and handled the whole transaction just making me sign the papers. She answers all of my questions quickly and most importantly always follows through on what she says she will do. Janae rips!!! Until the next deal :)
