U.S. Bank Branch

The ATM didn't work. Update on 8/9/20 I initially posted a review onn8/7/20 and within two days I got a response back saying they fixed it and I walked over there and lock they said they fixed it I think that was more than what anyone could expect so I change my status from one star to five because that was excellent of you guys in time response customer service everything so thank you very much.

This branch has gone down hill over the last few years. They no longer have a dedicated teller for the drive up. I realize they might be cutting back on staff but they could at least man the drive up during peak hours. People go thru the drive up for fast service. It should not take 5 minutes before they even acknowledge you!!!! The only reason I go there is because my office banks there. I bank with a credit union. Only way to go!!!

The tellers are always friendly and handle my banking needs quickly.

They don't open on time. 2 people waited for 5 min just for the doors to open. The drive through didn't open for 9 min.
