Bank Of Idaho

My wife and I both have businesses and have had for decades, we've both banked with large and small banks. I recently switched from a big bank (that I was only with because of a buy-out), because of the poor service and high fee's which frankly, were sneaky. We've been with Bank of Idaho for about a year. Had I still been with a big bank, it's very possible I wouldn't have gotten my PPP loan. BI reacted and helped me get my app in within hours. Yesterday, I got a call out of the blue just to confirm I wanted a change with an account. This person has worked with me, knows us and just wanted to double check. That absolutely doesn't happen with most banks, and certainly not a giant bank. Personal service, phone call type relationships and lower fees.

Friendly staff and even had zero problems helping us out... at close time!
