Great customer care and efficient operations!

Had to cash a check, from a client, at this bank. Sad to say, but this bank has the worst customer service I've ever seen! No greeting when I entered. No letting me know that someone would be right with me. And a very rude woman teller who was the least friendly and courteous! This bank seriously needs to retrain the staff in basic customer service!!!

Towed my car after 4 hours.... closed my account and never banking here again!

Use to be a great bank where they knew your name and took care of you. Lately I feel like they don't care anymore or are willing to help you. Had an overdraft fee from someone cashing their check a day early and before the printed date. When I called I was basically told tough luck and have to eat it. Considering finding a new bank, plus $30 for overdraft fees are outrageous, didn't even know they raised that price.
