This credit Union by far is the best in Boise they have great service friendly staff great rates and are a pillar in Boise Idaho's infrastructure.
The service is friendly but I have tried to secure a car loan with good credit through them 2 times. Both occasions the staff are incredibly slow, forget to call me back or dont follow up with my requests- I then have to continue to call. At this point I would rather deal with Wells Fargo as they meet my needs immediately

ICCU has incorrectly reporting me to the credit bureau 3 times all on an account with a zero balance. I did get a sorry and that’s too bad. But they have not fixed it and no one can explain or call me back. They are super arrogant about it and could care less. Find a credit union that cares, or you will be sorry.
Funny deposits never appear till 5:30 batch but debits are “are in real time” if you are use to a hometown credit union built on customer service this is not the place if you want a fee driven bank with no soul Masquerading as a credit union this is your place they are 100% a joke..... It gets better this bank refuses to release my deceased wife’s funds even with court order see you in court Josh
