Only ever interacted with tellers here but they've always been very friendly, easy to communicate with and quick with getting transactions done.

Terrible service specifically from the bank manger here. I had some paperwork with a section that needed to be notarized and filled out by a Chase employee and signed by me and then faxed for a Chase account. I explained exactly what needed to happen showed were he would have needed to fill out and was told that I needed to have an account for him to do anything. This was false and I just needed a certified banker which he was not. I talked to the ladies at the front and they were very helpful and found me a Chase banker at another branch that was available.nIf this bank manager would have taken the two seconds to actually listen and look at the paperwork I presented he should have known that he wasn't able to help and who to refer me to. Instead he rudely spouted that is was Chase policy that they could not help me. This was one of the worst cases of botched customer service I have ever encountered.nThis review is more for this particular employee and not the branch as a whole.

Great service beyond banking transactions. While traveling through Idaho,I received an important document that needed printing and notarizing. I walked in and briefly explained my problem and within 5 min, it was taken care of. I was not interrogated about proof of accounts. I was convinced the personal banker, Eric Hansen was genuinely being helpful. Good job!

Called into this branch by accident . Was told that they would look into my issue and call me back. They never followed up. I called this morning and the manager I spoke with was very rude. I have never had bad customer service with Chase until today. There are plenty of banks to choose from. I choose Chase because of how great customer service is. Hope this guy goes to some classes and learns how to treat customers.
