This review is long overdue! Last year my husband, and I worked with Washington Federal Bank in order to obtain a Construction Loan. The rates were the best around, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We worked with Dale, and Tom who made the process as simple, and painless as possible. Dale, and Tom went above an beyond to help us navigate through the maze of paperwork. They were both so responsive, and literally bent over backwards to ensure everything ran smoothly, and timely. We can't thank you enough for holding our hands through it all, and helping us to achieve our dream home!
Before I started banking with Washington Federal I always would hear great things about them. I’m so glad I listened and switched over to them. The downtown branch is always so helpful and nice. Making going to the bank a truly enjoyable experience. Every time I go in I feel welcomed by everyone. Dale is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and very sweet.

The Downtown branch is amazing!!! I have always had a great experience with them. Tom, Dale, Rebecca, and Michelle are all fantastic, and so are the rest of the employees there. The are a great asset to Washington Federal, and make that branch one of the best. Thank you.
