The teller did her job. Then guy in a blue shirt asked what are we doing today after my transaction. I said we weren't doing anything that I had to do online banking and asked if it was okay to sit because I'd been walking 2 miles. He came with the attitude first like I'm a bum even though I just deposited $100. I don't like this Wells Fargo branch. He said the attitude needs to drop and I just kept doing business online with my phone.

Although friendly and courteous. They never seem to have enough people on staff. The wait time is never less than an hour. This is a management issue. Don't go in without an appointment.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1998. Not only did they stand by me through the financial trainwreck that was my 20's, they have continued to provide an unparalleled level of service for me. I use the downtown branch because of proximity to work. The manager, Nick has done an outstanding job with the team there. I had a situation this morning, where the team member's there went above and beyond for me. Throughout, they showed me empathy, caring and demonstrated the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Many thanks to Hannah and Ethan and the rest of the team. When I walk into the branch, they treat me like a member of the family. That is the sort of thing that will continue to win my business and refer other people to Wells.

Wells Fargo represents everything that is wrong in the United States. These crooked bankers will set up fake accounts just to charge fees. This branch is no different. This review isn't as much meant for the worker bees downstairs as it is for the criminals upstairs.

Better than Bank of America, yet not nearly as good as many local credit unions and smaller banks. But if you're looking for a branch office of Wells Fargo in downtown Boise this is your place to go.
