Clem is the perfect example of old school service. He knows his stuff inside-out, and his work is immaculate. This time I took pretty expensive purse that belongs to my girlfriend, that was a gift from her mother. Strap was off and it basically was going to be useless. Clem saw it, took a couple of minutes, and now it looks brand new. For a very low price, he saved the purse. Can't wait to have a problem with something again so I can go back!
