I'm hard of hearing and they refused to help me, I even told the employee to step back 10 feet and said that they were told not to follow... why have the sign if you can't oblige!!!nnEDIT: I had called 800# and left a message, they called back and assured me that they have discussed with the store and have them reevaluate employee/customer relations, so to help eliminate any future issues. Thank you to corporate. Chg'd from 1 star to 2 star.nI, however, will probably never know if it's resolved, as I'm the type to give up on going to a location due to such experiences. I've not been to a Wendy's in over 14 years due to one person, that probably only worked there for a summer.
