First off they have an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, no one is pushy, and they always offer to spray down my shoes with a water resistant spray when I purchase something.nThey are fantastic and have helped me with many of my shoe purchases. I typically go to them first before anywhere else in town.

Very good customer service, would have liked more color choices. Yes. Birkenstock are a bit more in store, however if new to the style and need accurate fit and you really want to see, feel and know they are right for you. They are worth paying a bit more. Wonderful experience with this shop! This is where I bought my Birkenstocks, my now all time favorite shoes. I’m very hard on my shoes as I’m quite active and less than a year later, the toe strap broke, which is unusual for Birkenstock. Tradehome honored their warranty policy and graciously had my shoe repaired for me in a timely manner. Quality shoes, quality management and customer service. Thank you, Tradehome!
