Only one girl working. She did not greet us. Didn't ask if we needed help. Just stood behind the counter. My two sons went up to the counter to give her the shoes they wanted to try on. She brought one of them the wrong size. She didn't help us lace them up-so I'm sitting there, lacing up 4 pairs of shoes with two other little girls wandering the store. Then she handed my 7 yr old two shoes to set back up on the highest shelf-1. That's her job. 2. He couldn't even reach! Will not go back to this store. We'll order on Amazon next time. Maybe they'll get some better employees! FYI if journeys management actually reads these things, it was the 6/24/19 at about 1 in the afternoon if you'd like to know who was working.

i was super disappointed when i went in there, it started with no greet ok no big deal, to us sitting there for 5 minutes and no one says anything we already knew exactly what we wanted. there was 3 employees working only 1 employee was helping someone. the other too were just standing there talking. i can take my business else where where im actually appreciated as a customer
