Customer service could've been much better. Normally I don't give any reviews unless it's something good. But I was disappointed. Journeys kids on the other hand was great! Very friendly.
Nice store. I stopped by to look for original Timberlands boots for my husband. They didn't have my husband's size in store so we had to special order the boots. The representative assisted me to make the order and set up for the boots to be delivered to our home. They shipped the boots in a timely manner. Great customer service. I will definitely be stopping by.
I had the nicest employee encounter during my shopping experience. I forget to get her name but she is employee ID 595266 (from my receipt) and she was such a joy to encounter during the crazy back to school shopping. Very helpful even though I was just searching for good socks! I appreciated the awesome customer service and conversation she engaged with me.
Horrible customer service. Was not greeted and the girl at the register looked at me then walked to the back. I left and bought shoes at a different retailer.
I came in to get a pair of shoes and had to return them. I asked for an emailed receipt and the person checking me out didnt put in the right email. I later tried to return them and they didnt allow me to return them even though I called and asked if I could return them with the tags on and they said I could. I would avoid this journeys!
