This store is really nice and well kept, the staff were friendly and actually offered any assistance if we needed it. I had some questions and of course this younger gentleman was kind enough to answer them with no hesitation. Went in for a birthday gift and they even wished me a happy birthdaywhich was nice of them. Thanks to the staff at this store location for being very polite and professional.
This place has great customer service. I came in with a scratched lense and needed a replacement since I was out of town. I believe her name was Dana, she was super helpful and took her time going through all my options with me and never felt pressured and always felt welcome in the store. Great place to shop and highly recommend this place. Thank you for your great customer service.
Decent selection, but they really try to gouge you on the price of replacement lenses. The guy quoted me $80 to replace lenses for a pair I bought for $100. When I laughed at him, he asked how much I would be willing to pay. 5 minutes and $15 dollars later my lenses were replaced.nThis isn’t an open air market in Mexico, it’s the Boise mall.
Great products and stylish glasses
What a day. I'm on vacation in Idaho and set my Oakleys on top of my car at a gas station and forgot about them until I was driving down the freeway and they were long gone. ud83dude2d I rushed to get to the Oakley Outlet in Boise before they closed - making it just in time - and they had the hook up: American Flag Oakleys. ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8 The staff was extremely helpful and found exactly what I wanted within minutes (seriously, like two minutes) of me coming into the store. Thanks for taking care of me in my moment of need!
